StudyByMe is a free, web-based study timer application that offers themed Pomodoro and stopwatch timers with optional cloud synchronization. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Acceptable Use

The StudyByMe name, logo, and original design elements are our intellectual property. Character silhouettes and theme inspirations are fan-made tributes and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creators of these characters.

StudyByMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of StudyByMe constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
